Hiring takes too long
A local product team can take months to assemble while the backlog and opportunity keep moving.
Canadian-led software delivery
Wizy helps Canadian founders and teams turn business requirements into reliable web, mobile and custom software. Product discovery, commercial accountability and client communication stay with Wizy in Canada, while engineering delivery is supported by an established team in Vietnam.
Bring us the problem—not a perfect specification.
Why projects lose momentum
The real delivery gaps are usually unclear decisions, fragmented ownership and poor visibility. Wizy is designed to close those gaps before they turn into rework.
A local product team can take months to assemble while the backlog and opportunity keep moving.
Separate contributors may ship tasks, but no one owns architecture, QA, release or the whole outcome.
A low quote is not control. Buyers need named people, written assumptions and a predictable reporting cadence.
Working demos still need security, observability, testing, deployment and maintainable ownership.
The Wizy delivery model
Wizy is your Canadian commercial and delivery lead. Engineering execution is supported by our strategic delivery partner, HiTek Software in Vietnam. You receive one plan, one reporting cadence and one accountable point of contact.
Business discovery, priorities, contract, client communication and escalation stay close to you.
Architecture, design, development, QA, DevOps and long-term support work through the same plan.
The team you meet is the team named in the delivery plan.
Productized engagements
A clear brief can move into delivery planning. An early idea should start with discovery. Each engagement has an explicit output, owner and decision gate.
Turn an early idea or unclear scope into an evidence-based build plan.
Design, build and launch reliable web, mobile and internal software.
Add delivery capacity without turning your CTO into an offshore project manager.
Stabilize a codebase, reduce technical risk and create a practical modernization path.
Who we are built for
For Canadian businesses with a real workflow problem, an informed owner and no complete product team yet.
For product leaders who already own priorities and need reliable engineering capacity around an active backlog.
For Canadian partners that own the client relationship and need dependable delivery under clear non-circumvention rules.
Evidence over theatre
A polished portfolio shows the past. The operating system below shows what happens on your project when priorities change, a risk appears or an estimate needs to be revisited.
Discuss your projectRoles, allocation and start dates appear in the delivery plan.
Your team has visibility into code, commits and technical documentation.
Ranges include assumptions, exclusions, risks and re-estimation points.
Scope changes become explicit trade-offs in time, capacity or budget.
Progress is demonstrated in the product, not buried in a status deck.
Code, cloud access and documentation do not depend on one vendor forever.
A controlled path to production
Confirm the business problem, stakeholders, timing and constraints.
Define outcomes, users, scope, assumptions, risks and success measures.
Review the named team, architecture direction, estimate and cadence.
Work in short sprints with demos, written decisions and budget tracking.
Release with QA evidence, handover, warranty and an agreed support path.
Engineering delivery partner
HiTek supports engineering delivery across web, mobile, QA, cloud and long-term software development. Wizy remains the Canadian commercial lead and single point of accountability for the client experience.
Review HiTek’s public capabilitiesRelevant portfolio examples can be reviewed during discovery. Public case studies, client logos, results and certifications are published only after usage rights and attribution are confirmed.
Security, IP & governance
Exact controls are confirmed in the proposal and data-processing terms. We do not make compliance or insurance claims until they are documented for your engagement.
Wizy leads commercial scope, invoicing and escalation in Canada.
Ownership and assignment terms are documented from contributors through to the client.
Named accounts, MFA where supported and documented offboarding reduce exposure.
Data categories, hosting region, access location and subprocessors are discussed before delivery.
QA, acceptance, deployment and incident paths are agreed—not assumed.
Client-controlled repositories, credentials and documentation support a practical transition.
Wizy’s client leadership, discovery and commercial accountability are based in Canada. Engineering delivery is supported by HiTek Software in Vietnam. We disclose this structure because delivery location, access and responsibility should be clear before a project starts.
The intended model is for Wizy to act as the Canadian prime contractor and single commercial point of accountability. The exact contracting entity, responsibilities and escalation path are stated in the proposal and SOW for each engagement.
Client ownership and IP assignment are defined in the MSA and SOW, normally taking effect according to the agreed payment terms. We also document the assignment chain through every contributor involved in delivery.
Yes. The build plan should identify the delivery lead and core team, including roles and expected allocation. Material staffing changes are communicated instead of quietly replacing the team presented during sales.
Required overlap hours and meeting cadence are agreed during planning based on the team and engagement. We do not publish a universal overlap promise because the right schedule depends on the named team and your operating needs.
Hosting region and cross-border access depend on the architecture and data involved. Before delivery, we identify data categories, hosting location, team access, subprocessors and any sensitivity that should remain within a specific jurisdiction.
Estimates are presented with assumptions, exclusions, known risks and a range where uncertainty remains. Scope changes are treated as explicit trade-offs in capacity, timeline or budget and are approved through the change process in the SOW.
We do not lead with a generic hourly rate. Discovery can use a fixed fee; builds can use time and materials with a budget range or milestones after discovery; product pods use planned monthly capacity. The right structure depends on how much scope certainty exists.
The delivery plan defines release readiness, warranty, handover and the available maintenance path. Support can include stabilization, incident response, ongoing improvements and service levels appropriate to the system.
Yes. Wizy can work with an existing product owner or CTO and add a delivery pod around their priorities. Decision rights, repository workflow, architecture review and communication responsibilities are aligned before the first sprint.
Start with the problem
Share enough context for a useful first conversation. We will review fit, identify the next decision and respond without pretending that a short form is a final estimate.
